The Icheon Collection

A limited collection of wood-fired porcelain moon jars created during my time studying under Master Lee Hyang-gu in Icheon, South Korea.

Each piece was thrown by hand and wood fired, making every moon jar one of a kind. Together, they capture a particular chapter of my ceramic journey and the techniques, philosophies and lessons that continue to shape my practice today.

About Wood Firing

Each moon jar was individually handmade and wood fired in Icheon, South Korea. Natural variations in form, surface, firing and decoration are an inherent part of this process and contribute to the individual character of every piece.

Where a particular moon jar has more noticeable firing marks or cosmetic characteristics beyond these natural variations, they are clearly described in the Artist's Note and reflected in the price.
